Fesenjan

Fesenjan is an original Iranian Khoresht (Stew). It is served as a main dish. In olden days it was especially served on Yalda night, a tradition to celebrate the longest and darkest night of the year. Each region makes it slightly differently. Like as in north of Iran it is made with a sourer flavor.
