Jujeh kabab comes in two bone-in and bone-off forms. To make it juicy and flavor-able, Chicken is marinated with saffron, yogurt and lemon juice. Then it is skewered and grilled over hot coals.
Jujeh Kabab is served with grilled tomatoes and sometimes alongside with grilled peppers and a slice of raw onion. It is usually served with white steamed rice or Persian bread.
