Kabab Koobideh

Kabab Koobideh is skewered and grilled over hot coals. Preparing Kabab on weekends is one of the main traditions all around Iran!

How is it served?

Kabab Koobideh is served with grilled tomatoes and sometimes alongside with grilled peppers and a slice of raw onion. It is usually served with white steamed rice or Persian bread. Most importantly Sumac, a Middle Eastern spice, is used to flavor kababs.
