Shah Abbas helped to build a district in Isfahan so the emigrants could reside there. In this tour, we will be visiting Saeb Tabrizi (one of the immigrants who moved to Isfahan with Shah Abbas) tomb in Tabriziha district. Saeb Tabrizi who was the greatest sonneteer of his century and the most famous poet of Safavid-era. After that we will explore Chahar Bagh Street on foot, this is a street which we recommend on this tour. This street is located on the south side of a street bridge named Sio-Se-Pol. the construction of Chahar Bagh Abbasi Street was on the orders of Shah Abbas Safavi. The naming of this street comes from the many gardens that were placed in that district. Madar-i-Shah, a complex placed on this street, consisting of a carvansarai, a bazaar and a school. The Carvansarai and The Bazaar were dedicated to the school and school expenses were provided in this way. The school of Chahar Bagh was built in Iranian Islamic architecture, which was built on the orders of Shah Sultan Hossein Safavi. It is a two-story school in a way that the lower chamber rooms were devoted to religion lessons and the upper ones for mathematics, medicine and astronomy lessons. Today, this school is in the hands of the seminary. After visiting the school, we arrive at the Shahid Rajaee Park; Seating in the middle of the park, is Hasht Behesht Palace which was built during Shah Suleiman Safavid time. The palace beautiful gilded mosaics and mirror works will catch any tourist’s eyes.At the end, we will make a visit to the most beautiful historical bridge in Isfahan named Khaju Bridge. And we will be visiting the mausoleum of Professor Arthur pope which is located near the bridge (60m). Khaju Bridge is one of the most beautiful and the only tiled bridge in Isfahan. Then we will move to Shahrestan Bridge which is the oldest historical bridge in Isfahan.
